The product has gained popularity in injectable contouring due to its viscoelastic properties; it is used to increase the volume of cheekbones, chin, cheeks, and to eliminate deep wrinkles.

Radiesse lifting biocorrector consists of 30% of the active ingredient – calcium hydroxyapatite (HAC), and 70% of the buffer gel, which includes:

  • water;
  • glycerin;
  • carboxymethyl cellulose.

The gel-like substance after injection smoothes wrinkles, fills volumes like hyaluronic acid. But unlike sodium hyaluronate, Radiesse is a denser filler, its effect lasts longer, it is better resistant to destructive factors. Immediately after the session, the effect of the filler is clearly expressed by 80%.

After 2-3 weeks, the cells form their own collagen fibers, which maintain the restored facial contours for a long time. On the market of injectable drugs, the price of Radiesse volumetric is higher than that of hyaluronic fillers, but the effect of administering a dermal filler based on HAA lasts longer: up to 12 months after one procedure, up to 18 months after a repeat procedure.
